- • As a Player Development Manager at DraftKings, you will lead and coach a team of Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to deliver premier service to VIP players while driving net revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and process improvements.
- • Day to day, you will drive key VIP sales metrics, collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs, assist in developing sales training, manage escalations, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer experience.
- • You will be part of DraftKings’ VIP team within a fast-growing, publicly traded technology company that is actively integrating AI to enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and innovate across its gaming and sports betting platforms.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic sales skills, gain deep expertise in VIP gaming operations, and contribute to process optimization and compliance initiatives that directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
- • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team through effective communication, coaching, and performance management
- • Strong understanding of the product line with ability to identify and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and revenues
- • Experience coaching a team to deliver quality customer experience and consistent sales techniques
- • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses

- • US base salary range of $108,800.00 - $136,000.00 USD, plus bonus and equity
