- • The Manager, Preferred Partnerships role at Zillow Group leads a team of Advisors who mentor, influence, and grow top-tier Zillow Preferred Agent partners, driving performance and revenue through strategic relationship management and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, the manager sets clear team goals aligned with company targets, uses funnel and financial data to guide decisions, runs consistent operating rhythms (weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, quarterly calibrations), coaches advisors using data-led insights, ensures standardized tool usage (Salesforce, Tableau), and fosters cross-functional collaboration to deliver a unified Zillow experience for partners.
- • The Zillow Preferred team is a dynamic, best-in-class group of strategists, marketers, relationship managers, service professionals, product managers, and operations leaders focused on partnering with top real estate professionals to deliver outstanding home shopper experiences through tight collaboration and innovative products.
- • In this role, the person will develop leadership skills in commercial and operational judgment, performance accountability, enablement, strategic partner impact, change management, and inclusive culture building—while expanding their ability to drive enterprise-wide outcomes through One Zillow collaboration and succession planning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of relevant sales or customer-facing leadership experience leading teams that manage strategic clients and complex processes
- • Experience working in Zillow’s preferred pricing model or similar performance-based or revenue-sharing environments
- • Outstanding leader of people who sets clear expectations, gives direct actionable feedback, and consistently develops others through coaching and modeling leadership behaviors
- • Strong comfort with funnel and financial data; able to focus teams on key metrics and use insights to guide priorities, tradeoffs, and resourcing
- • Solid understanding of CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred)
- • Leader experienced in building and supporting a culture of equity, belonging, and inclusiveness while maintaining a high bar for performance
