• • Rightway Healthcare is seeking a highly analytical and technically adept Pricing Operations Manager to join our dynamic PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to build and shape critical pricing operations from the ground up, blending deep technical expertise with strong business acumen. You will be instrumental in developing and overseeing key reporting and analysis functions that directly influence our PBM pricing strategies and operational decision-making.
• • In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of diverse analytical responsibilities, including comprehensive client impact analysis, meticulous regulatory reporting, and strategic MAC (Maximum Allowable Cost) management. Your contributions will extend to various other financial analyses essential for supporting robust PBM pricing strategies and ensuring sound operational decisions. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements, with a strong emphasis on driving automation and maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
• • A core component of this position involves hands-on technical work. You will be expected to independently write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to efficiently extract, transform, and analyze vast datasets related to pricing. Furthermore, you will leverage these skills to automate existing manual processes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Diligent documentation and the utilization of version control systems (like Git) will be crucial for maintaining code integrity and facilitating collaboration.
• • You will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust database structures, adhering to best practices for table design, access permissions, and data integrity. This includes managing critical data elements such as drug lists, pharmacy network lists, rebate data ingestion, and contractual term management. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of this data through systematic validation processes is paramount.
• • This role demands the ability to build specialized reports and analytical frameworks from first principles. You will move beyond relying on pre-configured templates, instead developing custom solutions tailored to specific business needs and analytical challenges. This requires a deep understanding of data structures and a creative approach to problem-solving.
