📋 Description
- • As Manager, Product Design – Client Experience at Stitch Fix, you will lead the design strategy and execution of the core client and stylist experience, shaping how clients discover, request, receive, and engage with their Fixes while empowering stylists to deliver personalized styling at scale.
- • Day to day, you will define product vision, drive alignment across cross-functional partners, guide and coach designers, integrate AI capabilities like Vision AI into user journeys, and prioritize high-impact opportunities that balance foundational improvements with innovation.
- • You will sit at the center of the business, reporting to the Head of Product Design, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Algorithms, Merchandising, and Strategy to bring cohesive experiences to market.
- • In this role, you will advance your leadership in consumer product design, deepen expertise in AI-powered experiences, and drive meaningful impact by shaping end-to-end journeys that blend fashion, technology, and personalization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of experience designing consumer products, with 2–4+ years leading design teams
- • Extensive experience owning complex, end-to-end product areas in consumer or marketplace environments
- • Strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
- • Ability to define direction in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- • Experience guiding teams while actively shaping work and outcomes
- • Strong communicator with ability to influence across teams and levels
- • Experience applying AI, ML, and personalization to product experiences
