📋 Description

  • • Lead and advance Brooks’ global responsible sourcing strategy across finished goods and materials, ensuring alignment with the Brooks Supplier Code of Conduct and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • • Oversee and manage programs focused on social compliance, worker voice, fair compensation, responsible purchasing practices, and supply chain traceability within the global manufacturing network.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Legal, Sustainability, and Trade Compliance teams to integrate responsible sourcing standards into procurement processes and supplier relationships.
  • • Engage directly with manufacturing partners to assess, monitor, and improve labor practices, working conditions, and human rights protections across the supply chain.
  • • Develop and implement remediation plans for non-compliance issues identified through audits, assessments, or worker feedback mechanisms.
  • • Design and deliver training initiatives for suppliers and internal stakeholders to build capacity in responsible sourcing practices and social compliance standards.
  • • Translate complex ethical and regulatory standards into actionable, practical implementation steps that are scalable across diverse global supplier bases.
  • • Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance by setting measurable goals, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for responsible sourcing initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and alignment between Brooks and its manufacturing partners.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international labor laws, industry best practices, and evolving ESG expectations to inform Brooks’ sourcing policies and strategies.
  • • Support the integration of worker feedback systems and grievance mechanisms to empower workers and ensure their voices are heard and addressed.
  • • Partner with external organizations, certifications, and industry coalitions to align Brooks’ responsible sourcing efforts with global benchmarks and initiatives.
  • • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, risk mitigation, and program impact to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • • Ensure all sourcing activities reflect Brooks’ core values: Runner First, Word is Bond, Champion Heart, There is no ‘I’ in Run, and Keep Moving.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing responsible sourcing, social compliance, or supply chain ethics programs in a global manufacturing environment
  • • Deep understanding of international labor standards, human rights frameworks, and supply chain due diligence requirements
  • • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence suppliers and external partners to drive behavioral change and compliance
  • • Strong project management skills with experience implementing multi-year, cross-functional initiatives
