- • The Manager, Revenue Operations at NICE Ltd. is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success/Services, Partners, and Finance, leveraging AI capabilities and tooling to ensure clarity, consistency, and predictability in business operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and documenting the end-to-end operating model from lead to renewal, establishing global governance frameworks for funnel definitions and forecasting, driving cross-functional operating cadence (QBRs, MBRs, forecast calls), building meeting templates and dashboards, supporting global forecasting methodologies, monitoring pipeline health and performance metrics, and identifying risks and opportunities to inform leadership decisions.
- • The role operates within NICE Ltd., an innovation powerhouse recognized as a market leader in AI, cloud, and digital solutions, serving 25,000+ global businesses including 85 of the Fortune 100, with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, dedicated to delivering extraordinary customer experiences, fighting financial crime, and ensuring public safety.
- • The Manager will develop expertise in revenue operations strategy, AI-enhanced forecasting, GTM process optimization, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication, while contributing to annual planning cycles and scaling operational rigor across global sales organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Programs, or related roles
- • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue processes, forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, and GTM motions
- • Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, deal risk, and revenue predictability
- • Demonstrated ability to design and implement operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable processes
- • Exceptional program management skills and experience owning recurring business cadences
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret trends and influence strategic decisions
