- • As the Manager, Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Enterprise (ENT) segment in France, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by leading a high-performing team dedicated to generating qualified pipeline. This pivotal role involves the strategic design and meticulous execution of prospecting initiatives, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads, and championing operational excellence across both outbound and inbound sales development motions.
- • You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and scaling a team of exceptional SDRs. This includes the entire lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to ongoing development, fostering a robust culture characterized by accountability, a commitment to continuous learning, and high levels of engagement. Your leadership will empower the team to achieve their full potential and contribute significantly to Deel's ambitious growth objectives.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to establish clear, measurable goals and performance expectations for your team. These objectives will be directly aligned with key performance indicators such as pipeline generation, conversion rates, and overall revenue targets, ensuring every team member understands their contribution to the company's success.
- • You will architect and implement scalable, best-in-class sales development playbooks, cadences, and processes for both outbound and inbound strategies. - • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams is essential. You will work hand-in-hand with these departments to ensure alignment in messaging, facilitate seamless lead handoffs, and optimize the entire sales funnel conversion process, creating a unified and efficient go-to-market strategy.
- • You will drive consistent and high-quality execution of all prospecting activities, ensuring strict adherence to established quality standards and maintaining effective, professional communication with all potential customers.
- • Providing ongoing, impactful coaching, feedback, and skill development is a key responsibility. Through regular one-on-one meetings, targeted role-playing exercises, thorough call reviews, and comprehensive team training sessions, you will cultivate a team of highly skilled and motivated sales professionals.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance SDR efficiency, boost overall productivity, and ensure the operational scalability of the sales development function.
- • You will be a key motivator for the team, utilizing recognition programs, incentive structures, and transparent communication of expectations and results to foster a positive and high-achieving work environment.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reporting of all SDR activities, pipeline creation metrics, and team performance within the CRM and relevant engagement tools is paramount for tracking progress and informing strategic decisions.
- • You will actively support the career path development and succession planning for SDRs, identifying high-potential individuals and providing them with the opportunities and guidance needed to grow within Deel.
