  • • Own end-to-end pipeline and forecast intelligence by building and maintaining inspection frameworks that surface risks early, track progression, and enable data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.
  • • Design and implement AI-native workflows using Claude and other LLM-based tools integrated with GTM data systems (Salesforce, Gong) to automate reporting, generate actionable insights, and eliminate manual tasks across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • • Ensure data hygiene and integrity in systems of record to support reliable analytics, forecasting, and automation initiatives built on accurate, up-to-date information.
  • • Translate complex pipeline, conversion, and activity data into executive-ready recommendations that drive operational rhythm, not just status updates, and facilitate structured decision-making cadences with revenue leadership.
  • • Apply first-principles problem solving to identify operational inefficiencies and build scalable, cross-functional solutions in partnership with Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • • Contribute to GTM planning through reliable performance diagnostics, including pipeline analysis, productivity modeling, capacity planning, and quota allocation frameworks that align with business growth objectives.
  • • Leverage deep expertise in B2B SaaS and platform business models to inform GTM strategy, revenue analytics, and operational design that reflect the unique dynamics of HackerOne’s bug bounty and AI-powered security platform.
  • • Experiment with and independently build AI-powered process improvements prior to formal implementation, demonstrating initiative in automating workflows without waiting for direction or formal mandates.
  • • Maintain rigorous forecast accuracy by aligning sales activity data with pipeline progression metrics and adjusting models dynamically as business conditions evolve.
  • • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure sales operations tools and automation are aligned with platform capabilities and customer usage patterns.
  • • Support the scaling of HackerOne’s global revenue operations by adapting processes to regional nuances while maintaining centralized standards for reporting and analytics.
  • • Champion transparency and accountability in revenue operations by defaulting to disclosure in data sharing, forecasting assumptions, and operational metrics across teams.
  • • Foster a culture of empowerment and inclusion by enabling teams with clear, accessible data and tools that reduce friction and increase autonomy in their daily workflows.
  • • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure compensation, quota, and incentive structures are data-backed, equitable, and aligned with performance outcomes.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by providing predictive insights and scenario modeling that anticipate market shifts and customer behavior changes.
  • • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and GTM technologies to identify opportunities for further automation, efficiency gains, and competitive advantage in sales operations.
  • • Ensure all operational initiatives adhere to HackerOne’s core values: Customer Obsessed, Default to Disclosure, and Win Together.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or a related analytics-heavy operational role in a B2B SaaS or platform business
  • • Demonstrated experience building with AI tools through projects, personal workflows, or process hacks that show initiative in automation without waiting to be taught
  • • Hands-on experience with Salesforce including reporting structures, object relationships, pipeline management, and forecasting workflows
  • • Proficiency in building GTM models (forecast, productivity, pipeline, capacity, etc.) and automating for repeatability
  • • Proven ability to operate and build in fast-changing environments with imperfect data, adapting structure and approach as the business evolves
  • • Experience deploying AI-powered workflows in an enterprise GTM environment, including integrating LLM-based tools with CRM or sales data systems
