📋 Description

• • Manager, Site Contracts Management at Precision for Medicine, responsible for leading the Site Contracts team to ensure timely delivery of site contracts aligned with study timelines and supporting negotiations with key clients.
• • Day-to-day duties include reviewing and establishing site contract processes, line managing contract and budget associates, allocating resources for new business, forecasting workload, reporting contract metrics, ensuring policy adherence, escalating complex issues, drafting and negotiating agreements (confidentiality, clinical study, ancillary, amendments), overseeing agreement execution and contract file maintenance, identifying process improvements, representing the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in internal and external meetings, and participating in strategic initiatives like Oncology Site Network and Rapid Start-up.
• • Part of the European SSU Leadership team, collaborating closely with Study Start Up, Clinical Operations, legal, HR, finance, and other stakeholders to align site contract deliverables with study timelines and support corporate strategic initiatives.
• • Opportunity to develop leadership and expertise in global clinical trial contracting, influence process standardization across regions, gain exposure to oncology and rapid start-up initiatives, and grow as a Subject Matter Expert in site contracts while managing a remote team across multiple European countries.
