- • Manager, Site Contracts Management role at Precision Medicine Group is critical to ensuring timely and efficient execution of clinical trial agreements across European sites, directly supporting study start-up success and alignment with clinical timelines.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of contract and budget associates, reviewing and negotiating clinical study agreements and ancillary contracts, allocating resources based on workload forecasting, reporting on contract metrics, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- • The role operates within the European Site Contracts team, collaborating closely with Study Start-Up, Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives such as Oncology Site Network and Rapid Start-up programs.
- • The position offers opportunities to develop leadership and subject-matter expertise in global clinical contracting, influence process improvements, represent the organization in client-facing meetings, and contribute to corporate strategy within the SSU Leadership team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- • Experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
- • Experience negotiating clinical trial agreements with major healthcare institutions in North America
- • Demonstrated experience in people management, particularly in remote or virtual environments
- • Proficiency in MS Office and site budget planning tools
- • Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
