- • As the Engineering Manager for Unity Studio, you will lead a full-stack development team focused on advancing Unity’s browser-based real-time 3D authoring tool, with the vision of transforming it into a universal web-based collaboration hub for all Unity projects.
- • You will act as the vital bridge between Product Management, Design, cross-functional teams, and engineering, ensuring strategic alignment, clear communication, and seamless collaboration across disciplines.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include championing technical excellence through architectural guidance, PR reviews, release process oversight, and optimizing agile workflows to balance rapid bug fixes with long-term innovation.
- • You will foster a high-performance, supportive culture by mentoring engineers, unblocking development, translating technical challenges into actionable roadmaps, and driving predictable delivery of high-quality features.

- • Strong familiarity with full-stack development, web-based technologies, and architectural decision-making, enabling effective guidance of technical reviews and sound engineering decisions.
- • Experience acting as a bridge between Engineering, Product Management, Design, and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- • Experience scaling platform architecture to support ambitious, long-term goals, particularly in the context of web-based collaboration tools and developer platforms.
