- • As a Manager, Solutions Engineer Pro Product at ServiceTitan, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers to drive sales success by delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical guidance that align with customer business needs, directly impacting revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the service industry.
- • Day to day, you will support sales efforts in client-facing meetings by leading custom product demos, manage and coach a team of Solutions Engineers (including Enterprise-level SEs), conduct weekly 1:1s, review and enforce demo quality standards, collaborate with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams to resolve challenges, and report operational and financial KPIs to senior management.
- • You will join ServiceTitan, a fast-growing SaaS company dedicated to empowering residential, commercial, and construction businesses with best-in-class software solutions, where innovation, inclusivity, and employee growth are core to the culture and mission.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and coaching expertise, deepen your knowledge of SaaS sales cycles and product strategy, influence cross-functional processes to improve sales close rates and reduce onboarding rejection, and gain strategic visibility by reporting KPIs to senior leadership while shaping the performance and effectiveness of a high-impact SE team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 Years in Solutions Engineer Role at a SaaS company
- • 1-2 Years in a Management Role preferred
- • Proven track record of success at previous companies
- • Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus
