- • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) who are laser-focused on landing the largest real-estate agent teams in North America. You will act as both coach and strategist, guiding each SAE through rigorous territory analysis, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and complex, high-value deals that can exceed seven figures in annual contract value.
- • Own the end-to-end success of our most strategic accounts by building and executing “land-and-expand” playbooks. You will map org charts, identify economic and technical champions, and craft bespoke value propositions that tie Zillow’s Showcase and Premier Agent products directly to an agent team’s P&L—accelerating their listings, reducing days on market, and increasing referral revenue.
- • Translate mountains of first-party real-estate data into actionable insights for your reps and for clients. You will model market-share scenarios, build bottom-up forecasts, and present board-ready business cases that demonstrate how partnering with Zillow outperforms every alternative marketing channel.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for executive-level negotiations. You will quarterback legal, pricing, product, and marketing resources to structure multi-year agreements that align incentives and unlock new growth vectors for both Zillow and the client.
- • Coach SAEs on executive presence and storytelling. You will run deal clinics, role-play discovery calls, and provide real-time feedback so reps can confidently sit across from brokerage CEOs, team leads, and venture-backed iBuyers and articulate a crisp ROI narrative in under ten minutes.
- • Build a culture of continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Product Marketing to turn every new customer win into a case study, surface product gaps to Engineering, and influence roadmap priorities that keep us two steps ahead of competitors.
- • Travel 40–60 % of the time to attend on-site QBRs, industry conferences, and high-stakes pitch meetings. Your presence in the field accelerates trust, compresses deal cycles, and signals to clients that Zillow invests in long-term partnerships—not quick transactions.
- • Drive quarterly business reviews with Zillow senior leadership, presenting pipeline health, win/loss themes, and strategic recommendations that shape company-wide go-to-market investments.
- • Instill rigorous forecasting discipline across the team. You will inspect every commit, upside, and risk weekly, ensuring our revenue predictions are accurate within 5 % and that resource allocation matches real market opportunity.
- • Champion Zillow’s commitment to Equity and Belonging by mentoring under-represented sellers, sponsoring employee-resource groups, and embedding inclusive practices into hiring, coaching, and customer engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, advertising, or proptech solutions
- • Proven track record of closing and expanding strategic accounts with six- to seven-figure annual contract values and 6- to 18-month sales cycles
- • Demonstrated ability to build bottom-up forecasting models and translate complex data sets into board-level insights
- • Executive presence and communication skills that resonate with C-suite audiences, both internally and externally
- • Willingness and ability to travel 40–60 % across the United States
