- • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for BlueCat’s Intelligent NetOps solutions in the mid-market segment.
- • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaign strategy with buyer personas, sales cycles, and product messaging tailored to mid-market IT and network operations decision-makers.
- • Develop and manage email marketing workflows, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to maximize conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms, ensuring optimal ROI through budget allocation and performance analysis.
- • Create and distribute targeted content assets—including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and landing pages—to nurture leads through the funnel and support sales enablement.
- • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to orchestrate lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and campaign analytics to improve lead quality and sales alignment.
- • Track, measure, and report on key demand generation KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline influence using CRM and analytics tools.
- • Partner with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity across all demand generation materials and channels.
- • Stay current with industry trends in network operations, IT infrastructure, and B2B SaaS marketing to inform campaign innovation and competitive positioning.
- • Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in mid-market demand generation strategies and adjust tactics accordingly.
- • Support event-driven demand initiatives, including virtual summits, webinars, and trade shows, by driving registration, promotion, and post-event lead follow-up.
- • Work cross-functionally with customer success and product teams to leverage customer testimonials and use cases in campaign storytelling.
- • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, asset libraries, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- • Ensure all demand generation activities comply with data privacy regulations and company branding guidelines.
- • Proactively identify and test new channels, technologies, or tactics to expand reach and improve efficiency in mid-market lead acquisition.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B demand generation within the SaaS or technology sector, specifically targeting mid-market customers
- • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, and automation platforms
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting compelling B2B messaging
- • Experience collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals
