📋 Description

• As a Staff Engineer at Sift Science, you will play a critical role in bridging advanced machine learning capabilities with real-world customer needs, ensuring that complex fraud detection technology is accessible, usable, and impactful for enterprise clients.
• Day to day, you will architect and implement scalable engineering solutions, develop and maintain internal and external APIs, collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape requirements, and improve engineering practices while supporting high-availability services and customer-facing analytics.
• You will join a team that owns the customer-facing software experience, including APIs, web applications, automation tools, and analytics platforms, all designed to make sophisticated ML-driven fraud insights actionable without requiring deep technical expertise from users.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape technical architecture, influence product direction, mentor through technical leadership, and grow your expertise in scalable systems, data pipelines, and enterprise-grade service delivery within a high-growth AI-driven security platform.
