• • Manager - Talent Acquisition (Analytics) is a pivotal role responsible for driving end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics’ growing teams in the US and Canada, directly supporting the company’s mission to build the world’s best analytics consulting firm by securing top talent in data science, AI, machine learning, and analytics.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating and optimizing the ATS, gathering feedback, calibrating hiring processes, engaging senior consultants and leaders, negotiating offers, and building partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors.
