📋 Description

• The Manager of Virtual Nursing oversees all operational aspects of the Center for Virtual Health, including the Hospital at Home Program, ensuring 24-hour accountability for daily activities, caregiver management, budgeting, policy implementation, and quality patient care under the Director of Operations.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising RNs, directing paramedics and contract staff, conducting caregiver evaluations and hiring, performing chart audits and rounds, managing schedules and time off, implementing safety and infection control protocols, leading quality improvement initiatives, and serving as a liaison with other departments to enhance clinical excellence.

• In this role, the manager will develop leadership expertise in virtual healthcare operations, strengthen skills in regulatory compliance, team development, budgeting, and quality improvement, while contributing to the growth and sustainability of innovative care delivery models.

🎯 Requirements

• DE RN License or Compact Nursing License required
• BSN and Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and MSN
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing leadership experience
• At least 10 years of nursing direct patient care experience with background in both ambulatory and acute care
• BLS certification and completion of a nursing leadership course
