• • As a Managing Consultant in Nursing, you will partner with health systems and health plans to tackle their most pressing challenges by blending deep healthcare expertise with advanced analytics to deliver customized, data-driven strategies that improve performance and elevate the human experience across nursing, safety, patient experience, and employee experience.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing Press Ganey and client data assets to consult with stakeholders, conducting data analysis and interpretation, leading process design, training nursing teams on best practices, coordinating project activities, managing engagement scope and deliverables, leading project teams, and serving as the primary client contact to build strategic relationships and communicate risks and recommendations effectively.
• • You will join Press Ganey’s Strategic Consulting team, a leader in experience measurement, data analytics, and insights for complex industries, with deep roots in U.S. healthcare and a global presence helping organizations improve Human Experiences through technology, data, and expertise.
• • In this role, you will lead and mentor project teams, drive performance improvement initiatives, develop expertise in healthcare data analytics and consulting methodologies, and contribute to meaningful change in nursing practice while advancing your leadership and strategic impact in a mission-driven organization committed to innovation, learning, and collaboration.
