• • The Managing Consultant – Quality – Sepsis/HAI role at BRG Communications LLC is a senior advisory position focused on driving hospital quality and performance improvements, particularly in infection prevention, sepsis care, and clinical outcomes, by serving as a subject matter expert and coach to acute care hospital teams.
• • Day to day, the consultant will analyze clinical quality data from CMS Care Compare, NHSN, QNet, and internal hospital systems to identify performance gaps; design and implement workplans addressing sepsis, surgical complications, mortality, and readmissions; support regulatory readiness; translate data into actionable insights; monitor initiative outcomes; and facilitate collaboration among nursing, physician, quality, operations, and executive teams to align improvement strategies with organizational goals.
• • The Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice at Berkeley Research Group (BRG) provides end-to-end advisory support to healthcare providers, payers, investors, and stakeholders navigating complex strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges. Led by seasoned healthcare executives, operators, physicians, nurses, and clinicians, IHS partners with organizations to drive sustainable performance improvement through clinical quality transformation, operational efficiency, AI and digital enablement, and revenue strategy.
• • In this role, the consultant will deepen expertise in clinical quality transformation, lead high-impact hospital improvement initiatives, strengthen regulatory and reporting competencies, develop advanced data interpretation and storytelling skills, and build influence as a trusted advisor to hospital leadership—contributing to measurable improvements in patient safety, care quality, and national quality scorecard performance.
