• • As Managing Counsel, Commercial - Partnerships at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as a senior individual contributor lawyer focused on structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex global partnership agreements, including embedded, reseller, and channel arrangements, while supporting the EMEA sales team and protecting the company from unacceptable legal risk.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategizing and negotiating partnership agreements, collaborating with Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align legal frameworks with business objectives, developing and improving contract templates and playbooks, providing legal training to go-to-market stakeholders, and acting as a supplemental legal resource for EMEA sales when bandwidth allows.
• • You will join Remote’s well-established, globally distributed Legal team within the Employment, Product and Commercial Legal sub-team—a group of highly motivated, talented lawyers from diverse countries who value innovation, autonomy, and collaborative problem-solving in an asynchronous, remote-first work environment.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global SaaS commercial transactions, data protection laws (especially GDPR), and partnership structuring, while gaining influence as a trusted strategic business partner who balances legal rigor with commercial pragmatism to drive scalable growth through partnerships.
