• • As Managing Director at Valsoft Corporation’s Manos Software Group, you will lead and grow a portfolio of vertical market software businesses in healthcare-adjacent and service industry sectors, reporting directly to an Investment Partner with full P&L ownership and accountability for driving sustainable profitability and strategic execution.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing the four-pillar operating model (strategy, operational excellence, growth, product/tech), identifying and executing growth strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, driving revenue through cross-selling and market expansion, overseeing product roadmaps, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing teams across portfolio companies.
• • You will join a long-term investor in vertical market software businesses that prioritizes permanent ownership, disciplined growth, and operational autonomy, with a focus on healthcare, dental, medical, veterinary, service industry, and GovTech software solutions.
• • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership and strategic execution skills, gain deep exposure to private equity-style operational management, master P&L accountability in a multi-entity environment, and drive measurable impact on business valuation, scalability, and team performance while building a legacy of operational excellence.
