- • Lead the Investment Research Department for Dedale Intelligence SAS's Philippine subsidiary, reporting directly to the Managing Director and CEO in Paris, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy in the APAC region.
- • Head a talented and growing team of six Investment & Strategy Analysts and Associates, with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and scaling the team up to ten members as the business expands.
- • Drive research and data product development focused on software and technology companies and market segments, ensuring deliverables are high-quality, actionable, and directly support multi-million dollar investment decisions.
- • Collaborate closely with a team of approximately ten ex-Tier 1 management consultants based in Paris HQ, leveraging their expertise to enhance research depth and strategic insight.
- • Engage directly with high-profile clients, including fund managing partners, billionaire entrepreneurs, and family office managers, to understand their needs and communicate research findings effectively.
- • Contribute to the company’s strategic development by working hand-in-hand with founders to build a sustainable, differentiated market position through innovative research methodologies and thought leadership.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where entrepreneurial initiative, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership are essential to delivering rapid impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with a proven track record of operational leadership and delivering measurable results.
- • Demonstrated experience in building and developing high-performing teams, including coaching and mentoring analysts and associates in a fast-growing environment.
- • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex research into actionable investment insights.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with comfort engaging C-suite executives, investors, and entrepreneurs.
- • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience leading business growth, expansion, or market entry initiatives, particularly in technology or B2B software sectors.
- • Ability to work independently with urgency, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
