- • As a Manual QA Engineer at Infiterra Inc., you will serve as the final gatekeeper of quality for a subscription commerce platform that empowers IT distributors, MSPs, and telcos to thrive in the subscription economy. Your meticulous testing ensures that web applications and APIs function reliably, directly contributing to operational efficiency, billing accuracy, and scalable growth for global partners.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, executing, and maintaining comprehensive manual test cases for complex web applications; using Postman to validate API status codes, payloads, and error handling; collaborating with automation engineers to identify high-priority test cases for automation and gaps in coverage; writing and executing SQL queries to verify backend data integrity against frontend UI; documenting and tracking defects in Jira with detailed logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps; managing work items in Azure DevOps to align testing progress with sprint goals; reviewing automation run results via Azure DevOps to maintain alignment between manual and automated suites; and actively participating in Scrum ceremonies—including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives—to provide QA insights on feature readiness and quality.
- • You will join a passionate, international, and supportive team at Infiterra, a recognized global leader in subscription commerce known for innovation, performance excellence, and trusted expertise. The company’s mission centers on simplifying subscription service delivery through a unified platform that automates workflows from quote to bill, enabling partners to scale with confidence.

You’ll also have the opportunity to influence quality culture by bridging manual and automated testing efforts while contributing to a product that transforms how businesses manage recurring revenue streams.

- • Demonstrated expertise using Jira for full bug-tracking lifecycle and experience managing tasks/requirements via Azure DevOps Work Items
- • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern testing methodologies (Functional, Integration, Regression, etc.)
- • Sharp problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset to identify UX friction and root causes of defects

- • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work)
- • Flexible working hours
- • Health and life insurance program
- • Learning & development budget
- • A passionate, international, and supportive team
