📋 Description

• Manual QA Tester at Block Labs plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge Web3, AI, and iGaming platforms before they reach production, directly impacting user trust and product success in high-stakes digital environments.
• Execute manual test cases across web and mobile platforms, covering functional, regression, and smoke testing scenarios to validate core functionality and user flows.
• Run structured regression suites before production releases, logging defects with clear reproduction steps, severity classification, and supporting evidence such as screenshots and logs.
• Verify bug fixes and validate that resolved issues do not introduce new regressions in related areas through retesting and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with QA Leads and developers to clarify requirements, flag ambiguities, and ensure test coverage aligns with acceptance criteria and user stories.
• Maintain and update test case documentation, keeping test suites current as features evolve and ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, providing testing status updates, raising blockers early, and contributing to team velocity and transparency.
• Support exploratory testing efforts to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and unexpected behaviors beyond scripted test plans, especially in real-time gaming and payment systems.

• Develop advanced manual testing skills in cross-browser, cross-device, and exploratory testing contexts, while growing familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking, and agile QA practices in a distributed, high-performance team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in gaming platforms, fintech, or payments domains.
• Strong ability to write clear, structured bug reports with reproducible steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence like screenshots or logs.
• Comfortable working across web and mobile platforms, with familiarity in cross-browser and cross-device testing (e.g., BrowserStack) considered a plus.
• Basic familiarity with developer tools such as browser DevTools and API testing tools (e.g., Postman) to support debugging and defect investigation.
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Testmo, or similar is advantageous.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, for asynchronous collaboration with distributed teams.
