- • Own the end-to-end commercial success of the Costa Rica market, including new business acquisition, customer retention, and revenue expansion for Peek’s AI-powered platform.
- • Prospect and sell Peek products directly to tour, activity, and attraction operators in Costa Rica using a consultative sales approach tailored to each operator’s business needs.
- • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through self-sourced leads and targeted market development efforts.
- • Deliver customized online and in-person product demonstrations that showcase how Peek increases bookings, improves operations, and enhances guest experiences.
- • Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation of Peek Pro, ensuring seamless adoption and early success.
- • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic advisory sessions.
- • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities with current customers by analyzing their usage patterns and aligning Peek’s capabilities with their growth goals.
- • Educate operators on industry trends, direct booking strategies, and best practices for maximizing value from Peek’s platform.
- • Develop and execute a localized market strategy focused on new logo acquisition, customer expansion, competitive positioning, and relationship-building across Costa Rica.
- • Serve as the primary voice of the Costa Rican market by collecting and communicating operator feedback, product needs, and competitive insights to global leadership.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records with disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and visibility into all market activities.
- • Travel regularly throughout Costa Rica for onsite operator visits, relationship-building meetings, demos, and market engagement activities.
- • Work independently in-market while maintaining close alignment with remote global teams to ensure consistent execution of company goals and standards.
- • Act as a trusted advisor and local expert, helping tourism operators improve their business performance through technology and data-driven insights.
- • Represent Peek as a brand partner in the Costa Rican tourism ecosystem by attending local events, building industry networks, and fostering long-term partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep understanding of the Costa Rican tourism landscape
- • Fluent and comfortable speaking in Spanish with partners
- • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology sales, account management, or customer success
- • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, manage a pipeline, and close new business
- • Strong commercial instincts to identify growth, upsell, and expansion opportunities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
