📋 Description

• Monitor digital market activity across websites, marketing campaigns, and online business practices using tools such as Similarweb, Google Ads, and public web data sources.
• Conduct detailed reviews of websites, landing pages, ads, traffic sources, user journeys, checkout pages, and payment flows to identify competitive patterns and operational practices.
• Document end-to-end user journeys from initial ad click or traffic source through to registration, checkout, and payment completion, capturing every step with precision.
• Collect and organize supporting evidence including screenshots, URLs, dates, page examples, flow diagrams, and payment-flow details for accurate recordkeeping.
• Structure all findings according to internal templates and standardized criteria to ensure consistency and clarity across reports.
• Maintain and update internal trackers and databases with current, accurate data to support ongoing market intelligence efforts.
• Prepare comprehensive, well-organized documentation packages for internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and compliance teams.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with internal teams to clarify findings, resolve discrepancies, or request additional data.
• Prepare materials for external advisors or review partners, ensuring all deliverables meet professional and compliance standards.
• Work within defined processes and guidelines with no need for prior industry experience—training, templates, tools, and examples are provided.
• Execute tasks with a methodical, detail-oriented approach, prioritizing accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to deadlines.
• Operate within a remote, asynchronous environment while maintaining alignment with CET (Central European Time) working hours (±4 hours offset).
• Contribute to competitive intelligence, digital forensics, and compliance workflows through consistent, high-quality data collection and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and an organized, methodical approach
• Comfortable with online research and working in spreadsheets/trackers
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to follow a defined process
• Located within approximately ±4 hours of CET (Central European Time)
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, with no specialized background required
