📋 Description
- • As a Marketing AI Analyst at Bloomreach Inc., you will be at the forefront of transforming how marketing intelligence is generated and consumed by designing and deploying AI-native systems that replace manual analysis with autonomous, insight-driven workflows. This role is critical to Bloomreach’s mission of building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization, where AI doesn’t just assist but actively drives smarter, faster marketing decisions across the entire customer journey.
- • You will design and deploy agentic workflows using LLMs (like Claude), AI orchestration tools (such as N8N), and data enrichment platforms (like Clay) to automate marketing intelligence processes — turning days of manual analysis into hours of AI-generated insight. Your work will directly impact how the GTM team understands pipeline, campaign performance, and revenue impact, enabling proactive, data-driven decision-making at scale.
- • You will apply LLMs to accelerate insight generation by analyzing marketing performance data, generating hypotheses, summarizing complex patterns, and producing strategic recommendations — building prompt libraries and reusable AI templates so the team can access consistent, high-quality insights without starting from scratch.
- • You will design and automate AI-driven reporting pipelines that connect data sources, apply AI-based interpretation, and deliver insights directly to marketing teams and leadership with zero manual intervention — creating reporting systems that are smarter than any traditional dashboard.
- • You will own attribution and funnel intelligence with AI, applying predictive modeling and machine learning to map the full customer journey from first touch to closed deal, identifying which marketing investments drive the best pipeline quality, shortest sales cycles, and highest win rates — translating findings into clear budget recommendations.
- • You will build AI-assisted experimentation frameworks where AI supports both hypothesis generation and results interpretation in A/B and multi-variate tests, using statistical analysis augmented by LLMs to identify winning strategies faster and foster a culture of AI-informed experimentation across GTM.
- • You will develop predictive models and AI forecasts using historical data and machine learning to forecast pipeline generation, predict campaign performance pre-launch, and model budget change impacts — continuously refining accuracy as new data flows in.
- • You will identify trends and anomalies using AI-powered pattern recognition across all channels, flagging underperforming areas, surfacing emerging opportunities, and delivering early warnings before issues become visible to the naked eye.
- • You will enable the GTM team with AI literacy by creating frameworks, playbooks, and training that empower non-technical teammates to leverage AI tools in their own workflows — acting as the bridge between raw data, AI capability, and business decision-making across marketing and sales.

🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, or similar), AI orchestration tools (N8N, Make, or equivalent), and data enrichment platforms (Clay or similar), with proven ability to combine them into automated pipelines that deliver business value.
- • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, with a focus on what drives revenue, pipeline quality, sales cycle length, and win rates — using AI to surface insights faster than manual methods.
- • Expertise in AI prompt engineering and workflow architecture: ability to write reliable, structured prompts for LLMs and build multi-step AI workflows that chain data retrieval, interpretation, and automated delivery — prioritizing reusable systems over one-off solutions.
- • Strong communication skills to translate complex AI outputs into clear, actionable business insights for executives, marketers, and sales leaders — knowing when to apply human sense-checking and when to trust AI-generated analysis.
- • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where tools and best practices evolve rapidly — comfortable iterating quickly without perfect data or instructions, and continuously pushing the frontier of what AI enables.
