- • As a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Media, you will lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS and tech client accounts, driving measurable results through data-informed paid media strategies that align with Directive Consulting’s Customer Generation methodology focused on SQLs and customer acquisition.
- • Day to day, you will oversee campaign execution across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, conduct keyword research and ad copywriting, manage budgets, analyze performance using GA4 and Excel, communicate weekly with clients and vendors, optimize for ROI, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency
- • Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar platforms to make data-driven optimization decisions
- • Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS or tech clients in an agency setting
- • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- • Strong communication skills to translate strategy and tell stories with data to client stakeholders and executives
