This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, implementing sophisticated automation, and establishing a best-in-class work ecosystem through advanced generative AI systems.
- • Day to day, you will architect automated frameworks for reporting and analytics to drive weekly executive cadences, consult with cross-functional teams to identify workflow bottlenecks, conduct audits of analytics workflows to design optimized processes, drive third-party data enrichment capabilities, design and govern a shared AI foundation with centralized repositories of prompts and scripts, lead AI-driven workflows using OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini to automate query optimization and insights generation, serve as the technical lead for Segment integrations and BigQuery architecture with Enterprise Tech teams, and establish automated data frameworks to unify top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel signals for a comprehensive view of marketing’s impact on pipeline and LTV.
- • Twilio is a remote-first company shaping the future of communications, empowering hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers worldwide to craft personalized customer experiences.
