📋 Description

• The Marketing Analytics Lead at UpGuard will drive business value by quantifying marketing performance and translating marketing questions into data models and insights that support strategic decision-making across the full funnel.
• Day to day, the role involves extracting data from multiple sources, building insightful dashboards, creating system integrations for seamless data collection, and partnering closely with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize investment.
• The Analytics team at UpGuard supports all departments by turning collected data into actionable insights, enabling leaders to make informed decisions in a fast-growing cybersecurity company that recently raised US$75M in Series C funding and processes 100 billion risk signals daily.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in marketing analytics within a high-growth tech environment, gain experience with AI-driven cyber risk platforms, and contribute to defining a new category in cyber risk posture management while advancing their skills in data modeling, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration.
