- • As a Marketing Analytics Summer Intern, you will be an integral part of our Marketing Analytics team, collaborating closely with seasoned Marketing professionals and senior analytics experts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our data infrastructure, contributing directly to the insights that drive strategic marketing decisions.
- • Your core responsibilities will involve supporting the data pipeline by updating Snowflake data models, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data warehousing. You will assist in the development and maintenance of Periscope dashboards, automating processes and improving data visualization to provide clear, actionable insights into marketing performance. A significant part of your role will be leveraging your analytical skills with SQL and Python to dissect funnel performance, meticulously identifying key drop-off drivers and areas for optimization.
- • The insights you generate will be crucial in informing clear, data-driven recommendations for leadership, directly influencing strategic planning and guiding cross-functional testing and optimization initiatives. You will monitor key funnel metrics through comprehensive reports and dashboards, tracking channel performance, diagnosing deviations from expected trends, and surfacing root-cause insights that empower informed decision-making.
- • You will utilize SQL and Python to analyze intricate funnel trends, quantify the impact of various drop-off drivers, and formulate data-backed recommendations aimed at optimizing user journeys and campaign effectiveness. Communicating your findings effectively will be paramount; you will present insights in a clear, concise manner to a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring that complex data is understood and actionable.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the enhancement of our data models by assisting in updating and maintaining DBT data models within Snowflake, streamlining reporting processes and ensuring data integrity. You will also help enhance Periscope dashboards by adding new charts and metrics, thereby improving visibility across the entire marketing funnel and providing a holistic view of performance.
- • This role requires close partnership with our Marketing, Risk, and Engineering teams. You will collaborate on the implementation of strategy changes, monitor the release of new features or campaigns, and conduct thorough post-release impact analyses to measure success and identify further opportunities for refinement. This cross-functional collaboration will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how data analytics integrates with broader business objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- • Demonstrated ability to write queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL, including proficiency with joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
- • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
