- • Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across North America (AMER), ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence across all channels.
- • Assist in planning and delivering regional campaigns, including customer initiatives, industry conferences, community activations, and Legora-hosted events.
- • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, including vendor management, attendee communications, run-of-show planning, and on-site execution.
- • Partner with Growth and Demand Generation teams to support account-based marketing initiatives and regional field marketing programs.
- • Help develop and amplify regional content such as customer case studies, product announcements, event recaps, and success stories.
- • Support campaign activation across email, social media, paid digital media, and other digital marketing channels.
- • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- • Manage relationships with regional vendors and external partners to ensure seamless delivery, budget alignment, and quality outcomes.
- • Contribute creative ideas to elevate Legora’s brand presence across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
- • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, North America and cross-functionally with global teams in Product Marketing, Brand, and Growth.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment where ownership, precision, and impact are prioritized over titles or intentions.
- • Operate within an execution-focused role that requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- • Engage with a global team spanning Europe, APAC, and North America, contributing to initiatives that shape how thousands of legal professionals use AI daily.

- • Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies that align with Legora’s mission of enabling legal teams to focus on judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
- • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to budget constraints and deliver measurable ROI through consistent tracking and reporting.
- • Represent Legora at industry events and community gatherings with professionalism and brand clarity.
- • Leverage CRM and marketing tools to streamline workflows and enhance campaign efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, communications, or a related field.
- • Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, campaigns, or community initiatives.
- • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow quickly.
- • Comfort collaborating across teams and regions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion) is a plus.
