📋 Description

• Marketing Associate Intern supporting Flagright’s global marketing engine by executing campaigns, events, and marketing operations under the Head of Marketing.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign setup, tracking links, lead list management, CRM hygiene, event preparation, vendor coordination, shipment logistics, post-event follow-up, data hygiene checks, and documenting repeatable workflows.
• Flagright is an AI-powered financial crime compliance platform serving Fortune 500 companies, banks, fintechs, and startups, operating as a lean, high-performance team with direct leadership access and a culture of ownership and resourcefulness.
• The intern will gain practical exposure to B2B SaaS marketing, global GTM execution, events, and marketing operations while improving processes and learning from top-tier professionals from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments
• Strong interest in marketing operations, events, and go-to-market execution within a B2B SaaS context
• Proactive and reliable, with ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on execution
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and external vendors
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once, especially in event preparation and campaign coordination
• Based in Singapore and able to work from the office
• Available to commit for a minimum of 6 months
