- • This is a senior-level Marketing Automation Manager role focused on leading the execution and optimization of global marketing automation programs for a fast-growing B2B organization. The role is critical to ensuring marketing campaigns are executed accurately, systems run efficiently, and automation strategies scale across regions to drive measurable improvements in pipeline performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning Marketo operations such as campaign setup, QA, testing, deployment, and performance optimization; building and maintaining multi-touch nurture programs, lead scoring models, and A/B testing frameworks; managing inquiry capture workflows and lead routing between Marketo and Salesforce; monitoring system performance to resolve data integrity issues; partnering with digital and web teams on chat, personalization, and lead capture enhancements; collaborating with distributed or offshore teams to maintain quality and timelines; and maintaining documentation for workflows and automation standards.
- • The role also involves contributing to the global marketing automation roadmap, aligning automation strategy with campaign goals and lifecycle initiatives, optimizing lead scoring and targeting to improve pipeline conversion, building dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI, supporting regional teams with scalable templates and localization workflows, and providing training to stakeholders on automation best practices.
