- • As a Marketing & Brand Manager US at Sereact GmbH, you will shape and execute the North American marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and accelerate growth in key markets, playing a critical role in positioning the company’s embodied AI and robotics solutions for maximum impact.
- • Day to day, you will develop data-driven marketing strategies, analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, lead content creation (including case studies, videos, and social media), manage trade shows and field marketing initiatives, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing with revenue goals and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B marketing, brand management, and growth strategy within a high-impact tech environment, gaining hands-on experience in event execution, cross-functional leadership, and performance optimization while contributing to the scaling of an innovative AI robotics brand in North America.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles, preferably in B2B or technology-driven companies
- • Proven track record of driving market growth and increasing brand awareness in startup or high-growth environments
- • Hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and field marketing initiatives
- • Experience analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy
- • Strong project management and organizational skills
- • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- • Willingness to travel ~10%
