  • • Binance is seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Marketing Business Analyst to join our dynamic LATAM marketing team, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving data-informed marketing strategies across the Latin American region, ensuring our campaigns resonate with diverse audiences and achieve ambitious growth objectives. You will be at the forefront of understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance, translating complex data into actionable insights that shape our marketing initiatives.
  • • As a Marketing Business Analyst, you will dive deep into the performance of various marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and affiliate programs. Your primary responsibility will be to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of these initiatives, identifying key drivers of success and areas for optimization. This involves developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and other critical marketing KPIs.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the marketing managers, regional leads, and product teams to understand their strategic goals and provide data-driven recommendations. This includes conducting in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and pinpoint emerging trends within the LATAM cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Your insights will directly influence budget allocation, channel strategy, and the development of new marketing campaigns tailored to the unique characteristics of the Latin American market.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve leveraging advanced analytical tools and techniques to segment our user base, understand customer journeys, and identify opportunities for personalization and targeted marketing. You will be responsible for A/B testing various campaign elements, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement. Furthermore, you will play a key role in forecasting marketing performance and setting realistic yet challenging targets for the team.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and a passion for blockchain technology, coupled with a robust analytical skillset.   • • Segmenting customer data to understand user behavior, identify key personas, and inform targeted marketing efforts.
  • • Measuring and reporting on key marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements and actionable recommendations.
  • • Performing A/B testing analysis and providing data-backed suggestions for campaign optimization.
  • • Forecasting marketing performance and contributing to budget planning and allocation.
  • • Staying abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, cryptocurrency, and the LATAM market.
  • • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • • This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
