📋 Description

• Research and identify high-impact content topics by analyzing customer support tickets, sales calls, demo feedback, Slack community posts, and internal industry expertise to understand developer and provider needs in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Create and publish engaging technical content including blog posts, API documentation, how-to guides, and explainer articles tailored to developers, technical teams, and healthcare technology businesses using Stedi’s clearinghouse platform.
• Build and publish working demo applications and sample RCM tools that demonstrate how developers can integrate with Stedi’s APIs and leverage its programmable clearinghouse for real-time and batch EDI transactions.
• Produce end-to-end technical video content including scripted tutorials, product walkthroughs, and API demos; handle recording, editing, and publishing independently to ensure high production quality.
• Use AI tools to extract recurring questions and pain points from customer interactions, then transform those insights into targeted content assets such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and video tutorials.
• Represent Stedi publicly as a voice for the developer community by appearing in recorded videos, participating in online forums, and engaging with technical audiences across digital platforms.
• Maintain and update Stedi’s website, product sales collateral, and marketing assets to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with product releases and customer feedback.
• Track and measure the performance of all content initiatives using metrics such as engagement rates, conversion lift, support ticket reduction, and developer adoption to refine strategy and maximize impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure content reflects real-world use cases, API changes, and customer workflows in the healthcare EDI and X12 HIPAA ecosystem.
• Experiment with new tools, automation techniques, and AI-driven workflows to scale content production while maintaining quality and technical precision.
• Respond with urgency to emerging customer needs, product updates, or market shifts, communicating progress clearly and proactively seeking input when required.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of developer needs by translating complex healthcare billing workflows and technical integrations into clear, accessible, and actionable content without oversimplifying.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables, ensuring code samples work, video audio is clean, documentation is accurate, and demos reflect current product capabilities.
• Source and curate content ideas from multiple channels including direct customer feedback, internal product usage data, and industry trends in healthcare technology and interoperability.
• Contribute to the growth of Stedi’s developer ecosystem by creating content that evangelizes the platform’s unique value as the world’s only programmable healthcare clearinghouse.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background in software engineering, technical operations, or content creation for developer audiences
• Proven ability to build working demo applications and sample tools from scratch
• Experience creating high-quality technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, API documentation, or video walkthroughs
• Comfort and proficiency on camera for recording product demos and tutorials
• Ability to script, record, edit, and publish video content independently
• Strong command of the command line and experience making API requests
