- • Assist in developing and managing the annual marketing calendar, campaigns, and key initiatives to ensure timely and aligned execution across all channels
- • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for webinars and marketing events, including partner communication, content preparation, registration management, and post-event follow-up
- • Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital collateral while maintaining brand voice and alignment with company goals
- • Support content creation across multiple platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels with consistent messaging and scheduling
- • Coordinate with external marketing partners on joint content initiatives and campaign activities, fostering strong relationships to maximize collaboration and impact
- • Utilize AI tools such as Claude and Lovable to enhance workflow efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve content output quality
- • Manage outreach and campaign coordination using Salesforce and Salesloft, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking, and follow-up for all marketing leads and activities
- • Assist in the execution of SEO and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility, drive traffic, and support lead generation goals
- • Support social media engagement by scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries across key platforms
- • Maintain organized marketing workflows, calendars, and documentation to ensure seamless handoffs and operational consistency across teams
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
- • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future initiatives based on engagement and attendance data
- • Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines, are error-free, and are delivered on deadline
- • Participate in regular planning meetings to contribute ideas for campaign improvements, new content formats, and automation opportunities
- • Respond promptly to stakeholder requests and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes through feedback, tool adoption, and workflow optimization
- • Support the creation of compelling campaign storytelling that resonates with target audiences and drives measurable engagement
- • Maintain accurate records of partner communications, event registrations, and campaign assets for audit and reporting purposes
- • Proactively identify bottlenecks in marketing operations and propose solutions to streamline execution
- • Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to ensure real-time collaboration with U.S.-based clients and teams
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, PR, event coordination, or related marketing roles
- • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and outreach platforms preferred
- • Exposure to SEO, PPC, or digital campaign execution is highly preferred
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- • Experience creating marketing and social media content
