  • Your primary focus will be on supporting content creation and optimization, ensuring a seamless flow of high-quality content across multiple platforms. This involves a blend of creative writing, meticulous editing, strategic content scheduling, and leveraging AI tools to enhance, not replace, the human touch in content development.
  • You will be instrumental in maintaining the brand's voice – a perfect fusion of creativity and structure – which consistently delivers engaging blog posts, newsletters, and social media content that deeply resonates with its audience. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional writing abilities, a solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, and a keen eye for detail, all while being comfortable working within established processes and adapting to evolving strategies.
  • A key responsibility will be the meticulous scheduling of content across major digital platforms. This includes managing posts for Facebook (utilizing Meta Business Suite), Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will employ scheduling tools to prepare and organize upcoming content, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence that fosters community growth and reader interaction.
  • Maintaining an accurate and timely posting calendar is paramount. You will be responsible for the timely, accurate delivery of all scheduled content, ensuring that the blog's presence remains robust and reliable for its audience.
  • Your writing and editing skills will be put to use crafting and refining both short-form and long-form content. This encompasses blog posts, engaging email newsletters, compelling YouTube video scripts, and captivating social media captions. A significant part of this role involves repurposing existing content across different platforms, ensuring that the core messaging remains clear, consistent with the brand's unique voice, and perfectly tailored to the specific audience of each platform.
  • You will thoughtfully integrate AI writing tools, such as ChatGPT and Gemini, into your workflow. The emphasis here is on using these tools as assistants to augment creativity and efficiency, with a critical requirement to revise and refine AI-generated outputs to meet stringent editorial standards and SEO best practices. This ensures that all content is not only well-written but also discoverable and valuable to readers.
  • A foundational understanding of SEO principles is essential. You will apply these principles in your writing and editing, focusing on keyword integration, effective header usage, and crafting compelling meta descriptions, all while maintaining a reader-focused approach that prioritizes clarity and value.
  • Beyond new content creation, you will play a vital role in content optimization. This involves updating existing blog content to align with current SEO best practices, enhancing readability, improving formatting, and ensuring optimal keyword alignment. You will also assist in the formatting of new recipe posts, strengthening internal linking strategies, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand content based on emerging reader interests or seasonal trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation for blogs, newsletters, or social media.
  • Native-level English proficiency with a warm, clear, and reader-focused writing style.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite (required).
  • Comfortable integrating AI writing tools into workflows without overreliance.
