- • As a Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving Fundraise Up's visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints. You will be instrumental in translating complex fundraising concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with our enterprise-level clients in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and continuously enhance our brand's visual ecosystem. This includes crafting engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels. You will be the guardian of our brand's visual language, ensuring consistency and impact in every design element.
- • A key aspect of this role involves creating high-quality graphic content and illustrations. We embrace cutting-edge technology, and you will be expected to actively leverage AI tools to streamline production workflows, accelerate asset creation, and optimize routine design tasks. This is a hands-on role where practical application of AI in design is paramount.
- • You will be responsible for producing a wide range of materials for conferences and events. This could encompass everything from eye-catching merchandise and impactful booth designs to dynamic motion videos that capture attention and communicate our value proposition effectively.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of our team culture. You will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual experience across all platforms and campaigns. Your ability to communicate design decisions and receive constructive feedback will be crucial.
- • We are looking for a designer who understands that design is not just about aesthetics, but about solving business problems and effectively communicating brand values. You should possess a strong strategic mindset, enabling you to align visual output with overarching marketing objectives.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of web and marketing design principles. You will be involved in designing websites and have a solid grasp of landing page optimization and marketing funnel strategies, ensuring our digital presence drives engagement and conversions.
- • Your expertise will extend to multiformat design, including creating impactful presentations, designing for offline events such as booths and print materials, and contributing to basic motion design by building simple animations and refining easing for a polished finish.
- • The Fundraise Up team is a growing, distributed group of 130+ product development professionals located across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, and Armenia. We operate remotely but maintain a strong sense of community and collaboration, primarily communicating in Russian, with a requirement for conversational English (B2).

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in communication or brand design.
- • Strong illustration skills with proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience using AI tools for design workflows.
- • Experience designing websites, understanding of landing pages and marketing funnels.
- • Conversational English (B2) and fluent Russian.
