  • • In this hands-on position, you will be instrumental in producing a high volume of marketing and commercial design work. Your responsibilities will extend beyond execution to actively improving the templates, systems, and processes that empower our teams to operate with greater speed and efficiency, all while upholding the highest standards of design excellence. You will be a key player in ensuring our visual communications are not only effective but also aesthetically superior.
  • • The scope of this role requires a nuanced understanding of adapting design across diverse brand contexts and commercial objectives. You will navigate the distinct visual identities of GetGround, BuyAssociation, and specific property development projects, ensuring consistency and quality are maintained across all touchpoints. This adaptability is crucial for resonating with varied audiences, from individual investors to strategic partners.
  • • Beyond delivering exceptional design assets, you will contribute to the strategic enhancement of our marketing design operations. This involves introducing and refining better templates, establishing clearer workflows, and reinforcing stronger visual standards that will benefit the entire organization. Your proactive approach to process improvement will be highly valued.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass the delivery of high-quality brand and commercial design work across a spectrum of channels. This includes, but is not limited to, crafting compelling sales and partnership materials such as brochures, detailed floorplans, persuasive decks, and concise one-pagers. You will also be responsible for developing effective templates and eye-catching creatives for our digital marketing efforts, spanning both paid and owned media platforms.
  • • Furthermore, you will design engaging event materials for sales, partner, and brand-led events, ensuring a cohesive and professional presentation. Visual assets supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and special promotions will also fall under your purview, playing a critical role in driving engagement and achieving business objectives.
  • • A significant aspect of this role is the consistent and reliable production of well-crafted marketing materials. Your ability to help teams communicate clearly and effectively with customers, partners, and investors through superior design will be a primary measure of success.
  • • Your design work will be strategically applied across three key contexts: supporting the BuyAssociation sales team with essential day-to-day marketing materials and development collateral within its established brand framework; creating impactful campaign and marketing assets for the GetGround partnerships team, ensuring alignment with the GetGround brand and product experience; and designing sophisticated launch materials for new property developments, including brochures, landing page assets, and campaign visuals, to effectively position and market each project.
  • • You will also play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our brand guidelines. By ensuring design consistency and clarity across marketing, sales, and partnerships, you will safeguard our brand integrity and strengthen our market presence.
  • • Success in this role will be evident through consistently high-quality and well-crafted marketing and sales materials. We aim for teams to readily adopt the templates and assets you create, minimizing redundant efforts. Campaign and ad creative should become clearer, more consistent, and simpler to deploy. Development marketing materials should exude professionalism and cohesion. Stakeholders should have confidence in your judgment regarding design quality and brand standards. Ultimately, success is measured by the quality, consistency, and usefulness of your design output, rather than solely by volume.
