- • As a Marketing Designer at Phreesia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and performance of marketing initiatives that drive healthcare innovation, creating assets that directly support patient engagement and organizational success across digital channels.
- • You will design and produce high-impact creative assets for paid media, social, email, web, events, and sales enablement, ensuring each piece aligns with brand standards while supporting testing, optimization, and campaign performance.
- • You will partner closely with copywriters, artists, production, and editorial teams to develop innovative, polished concepts that balance creativity with strategic intent, translating marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.
- • You will maintain brand consistency by refining and evolving visual identity templates, establishing scalable design systems that enable efficiency and cohesion across all touchpoints and campaigns.
- • You will manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills, collaborating cross-functionally to meet deadlines while ensuring smooth hand-offs through well-structured, labeled, and accessible design files.
- • You will present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence, actively incorporating feedback, staying current with industry trends, and exploring emerging tools—including AI-powered platforms like Midjourney, DALL·E, and Sora—to enhance ideation and production efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital design experience in an agency or in-house setting, with a strong online portfolio showcasing work across digital marketing channels including paid social, email, and web.
- • Proven experience designing for performance marketing, particularly paid social or demand-generation campaigns, with an understanding of how creative elements support A/B testing, optimization, and conversion goals.
- • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with familiarity in motion tools like After Effects or Premiere considered a plus.
- • Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and execute with attention to detail, including understanding of motion design, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
- • Comfort leveraging AI tools and plugins (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Sora) to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production workflows.
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders in collaborative, feedback-driven environments.
