- • As a Marketing Designer, you will be instrumental in developing and evolving our brand's visual ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling visual content that tells our story and translates complex ideas into clear, accessible metaphors. You will own the visual representation of our brand across our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing collateral, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- • A key aspect of this role involves the creation of high-quality graphic content and illustrations. We encourage you to actively leverage AI tools to accelerate your production workflows, enhance creativity, and optimize routine design tasks. This means you’ll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technology into our design processes, allowing you to focus more on strategic and creative aspects of your work.
- • You will also be responsible for producing a wide range of materials for conferences and events. This includes everything from eye-catching merchandise and impactful booth designs to dynamic motion videos that capture attention and convey our message effectively. Your designs will play a crucial role in our presence at industry events, helping us connect with potential clients and partners.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of our team culture. You will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints. This cross-functional interaction will allow you to gain a holistic understanding of our business and contribute to integrated marketing campaigns.
- • We are looking for a designer who understands how design solves business problems and effectively communicates brand values. You should be adept at creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, with a strong grasp of web design principles, landing pages, and marketing funnels. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract and convert leads, as well as retain existing clients.
- • The role demands a multiformat approach, requiring you to create presentations, design for offline events, and engage in basic motion design. This includes building simple animations and refining easing for a polished final product. Your versatility will be key to meeting the diverse needs of our marketing efforts.
- • You will be part of a growing product development team of over 130 individuals located across various countries, with primary communication in Russian. However, we operate on a 9 AM to 6 PM CET schedule, requiring active collaboration via calls and discussions during these core hours.
