- • As a Marketing Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping and evolving Fundraise Up's visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints. You will own the storytelling aspect of our brand, translating complex fundraising concepts into clear, compelling, and accessible visual metaphors. Your work will directly impact how potential clients perceive our brand and understand the value of our innovative platform.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the brand’s visual ecosystem. This includes designing and iterating on our website, blog, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral. You will be expected to create engaging graphic content and illustrations that capture attention and communicate our message effectively. A key aspect of this role is the proactive integration of AI tools into your workflow to enhance efficiency, accelerate production, and explore new creative possibilities. - • You will also be responsible for producing a wide range of materials for conferences, events, and other marketing initiatives. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in communication or brand design.
- • Strong illustration skills with proficiency in Figma and experience using AI tools for design workflows.
- • Experience designing websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- • Conversational English (B2) and fluent Russian.
- • Multiformat design experience including presentations, event materials, and basic motion design.
