  • • Are you a marketing-savvy engineer with a passion for building and optimizing digital experiences that drive tangible business results? Gigaenergy, a leader in electrical infrastructure manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Engineer (Web) to own and elevate our marketing website. This isn't just about creating pretty pages; it's about treating our website as a revenue-critical product, ensuring it performs flawlessly, captures valuable leads, and directly contributes to our growth.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming our online presence into a powerful engine for customer acquisition and engagement. You'll dive deep into the technical aspects of our web platform, implementing strategies to improve user experience, streamline lead generation processes, and meticulously track performance metrics. Your mission will be to ensure our website is not only a showcase of Gigaenergy's innovative solutions but also a highly effective tool for converting interest into action.
  • • You will take ownership of the entire marketing site lifecycle, from conception and development to ongoing optimization and maintenance. This includes collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional web solutions. Your ability to move fast, think practically, and deliver impactful results will be key to your success.
  • • A core responsibility will be to ship fast and iterate quickly. You will implement new features, optimize existing ones, and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates. This involves a deep understanding of web technologies, analytics, and user behavior.
  • • You will be responsible for keeping tracking clean and accurate. This means implementing robust analytics frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights that inform marketing and sales strategies. You'll set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of website initiatives.
  • • Tightening form and CRM flows is another critical aspect of your role. You will ensure that lead capture mechanisms are seamless, efficient, and effectively integrated with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This involves optimizing forms for conversion, troubleshooting any integration issues, and ensuring a smooth handover of leads to the sales team.
  • • You will run conversion experiments without bottlenecks. This requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement, designing and executing A/B tests, and analyzing results to drive data-informed decisions. Your goal is to remove friction points in the user journey and maximize the conversion potential of every visitor.
  • • You will work with a cross-functional team, bridging the gap between technical execution and marketing objectives. This involves understanding the nuances of our products and services and effectively communicating their value proposition through compelling web content and user experiences.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation combined with a keen understanding of marketing principles and user-centered design. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality results.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in an essential industry. Gigaenergy is at the forefront of building the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world, and our marketing website is a crucial component of our growth strategy. You will be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.
  • • Your contributions will directly influence lead generation, brand visibility, and ultimately, revenue growth. You will have the autonomy to shape the direction of our marketing website and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • • We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, experiment, and drive continuous improvement. If you are passionate about leveraging web technology to achieve business goals and thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking company, this is the role for you.
  • • You will be a key player in ensuring our digital presence accurately reflects Gigaenergy's commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your work will be visible and valued, contributing to the company's overall success.
  • • This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States. However, you will also have the chance to connect with your colleagues in person through quarterly travel to our company hubs located in Houston, Long Beach, and San Francisco for team onsite meetings and collaborative sessions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a web development or marketing engineering role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful website projects and optimization efforts.
  • • Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and lead generation funnels.
  • • Experience with CRM integration and data flow management, ensuring seamless lead capture and nurturing processes.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for website improvements.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 USD, commensurate with experience and scope.
  • • Fully remote work environment offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
  • • Collaborative and inclusive company culture that values innovation and fresh perspectives.
  • • Regular team onsite meetings at company hubs (Houston, Long Beach, San Francisco) for networking and strategic planning.
