📋 Description

• Plan and execute events across Asia ranging from intimate briefings (15–30 attendees) to large-scale trade shows and customer activations (up to 5,000+ attendees)
• Support webinar logistics, including landing page updates and lead capture
• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for Asia
• Coordinate event logistics for local trade shows, customer briefings, and training sessions
• Manage marketing materials, shipping, and setup for activations across Asia
• Assist with campaign localization and regional content updates
• Track event performance and contribute to post-event reporting and analytics
• Partner with Sales teams and the Sr Marketing Manager to align on priorities and execution needs
• Work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays in the Ho Chi Minh City office, with remote flexibility on Mondays
• Travel approximately 20% of the time across Asia, roughly 1 to 2 times per month
• Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Gemini) to summarize event tasks, format checklists, update communications, and manage repetitive coordination
• Ensure Axon’s brand is represented consistently and credibly at all customer-facing events and marketing moments
• Operate independently while managing multiple deadlines and collaborating across time zones
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and enhancing customer-facing experiences
• Support the first 30 days by learning Asia region sales and marketing priorities and assisting with one or more local events
• Take ownership of logistics, creative, or reporting responsibilities by day 60 and become a key partner to the Sr Marketing Manager and Sales
• Independently coordinate marketing execution for Asia by day 90 and drive continuous improvement in processes and experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and collaborating across time zones
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Familiarity with marketing or event software a plus
• Ability to operate independently and learn quickly
