• • The Marketing & Growth Squad (Part-Time, Mantle Squad Americas) role is critical to expanding Mantle’s brand, community, and market presence across North America, directly supporting the company’s growth strategy in a key emerging market.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving localized market initiatives, building collaborations with top-tier media and KOLs, crafting founder and ecosystem narratives for the US market, planning and executing go-to-market campaigns, supporting IRL activations and industry events, and coordinating cross-functionally with global teams, partners, and creators to execute content strategies and community initiatives.
• • The team operates as a remote, distributed squad within Windranger Labs Pte. Ltd., focused on growing Mantle’s footprint in the Americas through close collaboration with founders, creators, and ecosystem partners in the crypto and web3 space.
• • In this role, the individual will gain hands-on experience in crypto-native growth marketing, develop storytelling and partnership skills in a high-impact environment, contribute to real-world expansion efforts, and have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role or regional leadership position while building their personal brand within the North America crypto ecosystem.
