• • As a Marketing Manager at Rohlik Group SE in Prague, you will plan and execute marketing activities that align with the company's brand and central strategy while tailoring them to local customer dynamics, directly influencing customer acquisition and retention in a fast-paced environment.
• • You will own and localize central brand campaigns, manage the local marketing calendar, execute additional local initiatives to drive first-time users, order frequency, and retention, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and activities.
• • You will collaborate with local commercial teams, the central Brand Team, PR team, and other cross-functional partners to align messaging, support PR activations, and serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your market.
• • You will use AI tools to scale content production, monitor campaign performance, analyze data to optimize activities, manage the local marketing budget for strong ROI, and safeguard brand consistency across all local touchpoints while identifying growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
