📋 Description

• As a Marketing Manager at DexCom, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, market penetration, and brand awareness for Dexcom’s innovative diabetes care solutions in Japan, contributing directly to business growth and patient impact.
• Day to day, you will develop and execute marketing strategies for Dexcom’s diabetes care products in Japan, plan and produce promotional tools such as catalogs and product presentations, collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights, analyze market and sales data to evaluate performance, develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, assist in budget planning and forecasting, drive cross-functional projects, build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including KOLs, collaborate with external vendors and agencies, plan and implement product training programs for healthcare professionals, support preparation of regular reports on sales performance and market share, and ensure all marketing activities comply with ethical standards and corporate compliance policies.
• You will join a passionate and growing marketing team at the forefront of Dexcom’s expansion in Japan, working closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders, external partners, and global marketing teams to tailor strategies for the Japanese market.
• In this role, you can learn and achieve deep expertise in medical device marketing within a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, strengthen your analytical and project management skills, expand your cross-cultural collaboration abilities with global teams, and contribute meaningfully to improving health outcomes for people with diabetes in Japan while advancing Dexcom’s vision to become a leading consumer health technology company.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in hands-on marketing execution, including content creation, material development, and event management
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and vendor relationships simultaneously
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
• Strong language skills in both English and Japanese
