- • As a Marketing Manager at WeTravel, you will own the integrated marketing strategy that connects hosted and field events, community, content, and segment engagement programs into a coherent approach that drives pipeline and retention.
- • Day to day, you will set strategic direction for events, community, content, and organic social media; oversee AI agent automation and workflows; align marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success; and own planning, prioritization, and reporting on KPIs.
- • WeTravel is a fast-growing travel technology company reshaping how group travel operators run their businesses, with a marketing team that has expanded from one to nearly 10 specialists across events, digital, demand gen, and more, reaching every continent.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-driven marketing automation, build and scale programs from scratch, deepen your impact on revenue-linked outcomes, and grow as a cross-functional leader in a mission-driven, innovative team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of strategy across multiple functions or channels
- • Genuine fluency with AI tools and a forward-leaning mindset on automation
- • Track record of building programs from scratch and scaling them
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and senior leadership
- • Commercial orientation: understanding of pipeline, retention, and revenue and ability to connect marketing to outcomes
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a dynamic, expansive role
- • Familiarity with the travel industry, marketplace businesses, or community-led growth models (advantage)
